Bud- Bud is trying to get to his father that he thinks is in Grand Rapids. He think his father is in Grand Rapids because that is what in said on one of his mysterious flyers. He hasn't canged externally.
Vampire Man- Vampire Man probably isn't a vampire, but Bud thinks so because he saw blood in the man's car and Bud isn't educated so he really thinks he's a vampire. He wears a red hat, he's black and he drives a fancy car.I think he's a nice man and he wants to help Bud.
